Our prominent Avonhead corner location  means we are very accessible and have daily interactions with prospective tenants looking for rental properties in the area.

Accounting

We take the responsibility of receiving your money seriously, which means daily balancing and low vacancy rates. All property related expenses (including repairs and maintenance) are paid directly from the incoming rents - with no commission. These are all detailed on your financial statements. Rates and insurances can also be paid on your behalf if this is required. Twice monthly payments are also available. Our management fees are deducted from the rents and these are 100% tax deductible.
